My gf is nuts!
I just learned about Koolicles: pure awesomeness.
Here’s what you will need:
- 1 jar of dill pickles.
- 1 or 2 packages of your favorite Kool-Aid flavor (tropical punch is a good place to start).
- About 3 cups of sugar.
- About 2 quarts of water.
Here’s how you make ‘em:
- Take the pickles out of the jar and mark the level of brine left in the jar.
- Pour the brine into a pitcher and set it aside (or just pour it down the drain).
- Slice the pickles length ways.
- Mix the Kool-Aid and sugar with enough water to meet the level you marked earlier.
- Place the pickles back in the jar and shake.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for a week.
- Enjoy!
