So I got thru assignment 1A for CS193P. I got familiar with the Interface Builder for iPhone apps. Then I started reading assignment 1B about writing Objective C and I was a little lost. So I’ve been looking for lots of help.

I’m just getting started with programming with PHP and JavaScript, so it’s a little new to me. Here are some helpful links:

Matt Gallagher is writing up a series in how to make an iPhone game. (Although I think this isn’t exactly for brand newbs.)

Wattz.net is going to write a series of tutorials/commented Obj. C code to write a Mac Twitter client that he will then release open source.

Then there is always trying to tear through other Stanford material for free: CS106B, the prerequisite for CS193P, http://www.stanford.edu/class/cs106b/, as well as another class, Cocoa programming, CS193E, http://www.stanford.edu/class/cs193e/
