Sencha Japan President Yuki Naotori has created a web app for both Apple iOS and Google Android devices that uses geolocation to help people find information on the scheduled blackouts occurring in Japan. Tokyo Blackouts is in Japanese so please pass it on to anyone you think might find it helpful.
