Primer is a useful web app that allows you to paste in HTML and get the appropriate CSS selectors. My workflow looks like this:

1. Design in PhotoShop.
2. Write semantic HTML.
3. Copy and paste HTML into Primer.
4. Get CSS selectors and begin styling.
